FINALLY- We must not forget the many members in our community who have contributing in some way in making Port Richmond A Great Place to Live for ALL.

MR. JAMES MURRAY

Dr. Ann Merlino

Mr. Art Cappabianca

Mr. Gary Lane Sr.

Our first priority for 2025, is to re-submit for well-deserved street co-naming for a lifelong Port Richmond Resident of Port Richmond; Mr. Victor Scalici Sr.

In 2023, we submitted a full and complete package with many letters of support from Island-wide Bi-partisan Elected officials along with many businesses on Staten Island.

A man that has dedicated his life for his family and a community he adored so much.

Our request regrettably never happened because of the irresponsible representative of our North Shore Councilmember of the 49th District Kamillah Hanks failed to submit our application..

We confirmed this from our FOIL request we submitted earlier this year.

We hope, that her office has re-aligned their moral compass and will appropriately submit the application of Street co-naming for an individual which spent his entire life until his last days in; Port Richmond.

Wishing all a Happy & Healthy New Year-2025
